“Scratch the Surface” dj series continue. Episode No. 8 with dj duo GAM based in Oporto.
GAM is a project by Pedro Abrantes and Valdemar Pereira, whose motif comprises of exploring and breaking the barriers that surround the musical archive, both relating to genre as well as the multitude of its experimentations. The records selected can go from the 50’s academic sound explorations, to the hyper pointillistic virtuosism of the contemporary days. Along this path you will find riffs, anthems, sound systems and obscurities created and recorded through time.
