SCHNTZL is the name of the multi-facetted duo of Hendrik Lasure (piano & electronics) and Casper Van De Velde (percussion & electronics). These two Belgian musicians have been playing together in duo for ten years, mainly in Belgium and the Netherlands. In 2016 they released their first album ‘schntzl’ on W.E.R.F.-records, after that followed ‘paper, wind’ (2018) and ‘catwalk’ (2020). Schntzl plays a sort of electro-acoustic chamber music with lyrical melodies and a lot of improvised bits.
